EZ Tool Manager is the control panel for every tool in this shop. It lists what you have installed, turns background tools on and off, opens each tool's own settings, installs new tools from the built-in store and uninstalls what you don't need. It lives in the tray, can start with Windows, and looks at home on Windows 11.
